I have no idea of that mod really exists or not, but I *did* see Jacob's romance scene on Youtube in which FemShep was replaced with MaleShep - the default one, which made the whole thing even funnier XDD Shepard in the fourth panel: that's the creepiest thing I've ever drawn!
